Lose the fight against the soldiers in the motel (If you shot Mardok, losing the fight will result in a Game Over, so make sure you didn’t shoot him when Manila and Jason saved Grace)

Lose the fight against Leo and Margot in the subway

Lose the fight against the agent in the plane

Sacrifice Jason (This option will trigger a different scene at the beginning of the ending, because Jason is dead)

Lose the fight against the soldiers in the island, before meeting with Uncle Sam

Losing almost every fight when going to fight Simon with Uncle Sam (some of them trigger a Game Over, just win that fight and then lose the next one)
