Major Combat Improvements
This update also includes one of our largest combat polish passes so far.

We have continued refining the combat system based on player feedback, internal testing, and our work on Deep Jungle: Endless Hunt. The new mode has given us a dedicated environment where we can quickly test weapon balance, enemy behavior, combat readability, and new mechanics.

Some of the most noticeable improvements include:
Floating damage numbers have been added.
Critical hits are now clearly displayed.
Enemy HP bars have been updated for better readability.
Weapons now have more distinct strengths and playstyles.
Staggered enemies can no longer continue walking around.
Stagger states are now easier to recognize during combat.
Weapon balance has also received another tuning pass.

Spear
The spear remains the most balanced all-around weapon.
It offers reliable reach, consistent damage, and dependable adrenaline generation.

Club
The club now generates significantly more stagger against enemies, making it a strong choice for controlling groups and interrupting attacks.
Its adrenaline generation has been slightly reduced to balance its increased crowd-control potential.

Axes
Axes now provide the highest sustained damage against a single target.
They also generate slightly more adrenaline than the spear, but their shorter range requires players to fight much closer to the enemy.
This makes axes our highest-risk, highest-reward weapon option.
Our goal is for choosing a weapon to meaningfully change how you approach combat, rather than simply changing the animations you see.

DAY 1 CHASE
This is the intro of the game where Victor is being chased by hungry deinonychus. It’s a short but awesome sequence and we’re happy with how it turned out!

UPDATED GALMINE ROMANCE
We’ve revamped our previous demo with Galmine with totally updated lighting, physics and sound. It also includes the intro and outro cutscenes.

DAY 3 SCENE 3 PREVIEW
The longest cutscene in the game featuring lots of fantastic early character development can now be viewed in-engine.

Hey everyone! We’ve got a second version of the NSFW demo for you, now with 100% more sexy reverse bunny girl outfits.
We made a post last week going over the changes, but here’s a more complete list:
All four positions now have finishing animations.
All finishing animations have been extended for emphasis and quality.
More life-like movement from Galmine and Victor thanks to a new jitter logic added to the grid position modifier.
Galmine now has a sexy bunny outfit and you can choose between naked, half-dressed and fully undressed state.
Cutscene framerate and visual quality improved with backend fixes so there are no major loading cuts.
Lighting for all positions has been made more consistent.
More language options for subtitles, including Russian, Japanese, Chinese (simplified) and Spanish.
Various UI updates and fixes to make the controls easier to use and understand.
Resolution selection improved code and drop-down menu options so you can easily get exactly what you need.
