This is build 0909 which fixes an error that can occur when a spurious phone
bool entry from earlier saves causes a python exception.

Considerably later than expected, but I hope you’ll find it worth the wait.
This build takes us through to (but not including) Wednesday evening of Week 10.
Because it includes some significant bug fixes, I’m making it public from the outset.
However I plan to make the next full build (assuming this one is free of any major errors) exclusive to patrons for the first week or so.

Build 0805 incorporates various bug fixes, including the patches that had to be applied to 0804. There’s also some content with Ashley and Lois that wasn’t ready in time for the previous build. Also adds a preferences control for text box opacity and revised buttons for the calendar screen.

It does NOT extend the story beyond where 0804 left off.

Lois will prevent you from offering a curry receptionist or Mallory. You can ignore my objections, and you will be allowed to make an offer if you want. You will not get an answer from one to the next release, so make your own call.

It occurred to me that they were both full full, so you also have a MC choice that suggests lois jealous. Take it from me that he won’t respond to it, but I think there must be someone out there who don’t care …

You also have the option to offer Kayla or Rei Internship (Trainee) postions in the Executive Suite staff.

I was working on enhancements to the menu system, not ready, which was embarrassing because it would make life easier when it comes to choosing WHO to offer the receptionist work to. As usual, there are limits on what can be done at the time available.

Finally, there are 28 nights (for those of you who want to pursue relationships with curry). I have some technical problems, so it’s not as complete as I expected, but it is a step in the right direction.

v0.2.
While I initially thought that this second build would have a second week of gameplay, soon it became clear that I needed to expand the basic game mechanism to move forward.
So here, with more happening “under hood” than seen while playing, but there are a large number of changes that will be seen clearly.
